RESPONSIBILITIES: As a business partner and manage Finance function to support global business processes and focus on US operation, from accounting transaction, tax filing, treasury, budgeting process, FP&A, R&D, preclinical and clinical process, logistics and supply chain, etc, for all legal entities.
Key areas:
➢ Manage overall finance function to support business leaders based in US, from budgeting process, monthly closing, financial reporting, performance review, cash flow and financial forecast.
➢ Responsible for constructing financial management system, continues improvement in Finance policies and process, ensure a timely and accurate financial reporting.
➢ Establish internal control system, implement compliance and ESG process, annual audit. Responsible for daily accounting transaction, AR and AP, tax filing and TE review and approval, balance sheet review and provide timely and accurate financial statements to management.
➢ Formulate the company's annual operation plan, CAPEX plan, partnership with all business functions in developing the practical budgeting, provide monthly and quarterly reporting and manage the review process, communicate well with all functional departments. supervise the fund management and balance between budget and actual expenditure.
➢ Manage tax and cashflow, avoid business and tax risks.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION Full-time bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance management, MBA/CPA preferred.
WORKING EXPERIENCE More than 15 years experiences in finance and accounting positions, including at least 8 years managing finance functions, 3 years in controller or finance director role.
KNOWLEDGE

➢ In-depth knowledge of all aspects of accounting and finance, taxation and treasury, including FP&A, controllership, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, managing a finance team.
➢ An in-depth knowledge of ERP system and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
➢ Experience in life sciences, healthcare, biotech, and a global company is a plus.

➢ Strong leadership with good communication skills and result orientation, problem solving skills, experiences in SOX and internal control, can work under pressure and deadline.

➢ Chinese as foreign language is a plus.
